Contributions made directly to Project Brotherhood Resolve are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

What IS Tax-Deductible

  • Cash donations made on our website (projectbrotherhoodresolve.org)
  • Gifts sent via PayPal, Stripe, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or checks payable to “Project Brotherhood Resolve”
  • Sponsorships and event registrations when no goods or services of equal value are provided in return
  • Peer-to-peer fundraisers or third-party campaigns that direct 100% of the proceeds to Project Brotherhood Resolve

We email an acknowledgment receipt immediately and send annual tax summaries every January.

Future Merchandise Purchases (Coming Soon)
When we launch our online store (t-shirts, stickers, challenge coins, etc.), the purchase price of items is not tax-deductible because you receive goods of equal value.

However, any amount you voluntarily pay above the stated retail price is considered a tax-deductible donation, and we will clearly note the deductible portion on your receipt.

What is NOT Tax-Deductible

  • Donations sent directly to an individual veteran’s personal fundraising page (even if we share the link)
  • Raffle tickets, auction bids, or event tickets where you receive goods/services of comparable value
  • The fair-market-value portion of merchandise purchases
